Antioxidant activity of different parts of Pistacia khinjuk Stocks fruit and its correlation to phenolic composition

The fruits of Pistacia khinjuk Stocks were collected from Ilam province, Iran. The aim of this study was to analyse antioxidant capacity and phenolic composition of different parts of P. khinjuk fruit. The antioxidant capacity of extracts was measured using different assays: ferric reducing ability of plasma, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl and nitric oxide radical scavenging. The phenolic composition of P. khinjuk fruit is reported for the first time. Amongst different parts of the fruit analysed in this study, hull extract contained the highest total phenolic and flavonoid contents. We observed a high correlation between different antioxidant activity and total phenolic and flavonoid contents. Therefore, antioxidant capacity can be related to total phenolic and flavonoid contents. A correlation analysis revealed that ascorbic acid, gallic acid, rutin, caffeic acid, ferulic acid and sinapic acid were the phenolic compounds mainly responsible for antioxidant power of the fruit extracts.     

同位素稀释高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水果及其制品中的展青霉素

建立了同位素稀释高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对水果及其制品中的展青霉素进行测定。澄清果汁(浊汁、固液体及固体样品需用果胶酶酶解处理,乙酸乙酯提取浓缩后复溶)经混合型阴离子交换柱净化、富集后,采用Waters HSS T3柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,电喷雾离子源离子化,负离子多反应离子监测(MRM)模式检测,同位素稀释内标法定量。展青霉素在5~250 ng/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r~2)大于0.999,该方法在不同基质不同加标浓度下,回收率为90.6%~110.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~3.9%,定量下限为5.0μg/kg(苹果汁中定量下限为2.0μg/kg)。该方法准确可靠、灵敏度高,适合于水果及其制品中展青霉素的测定,可满足我国GB 2761-2011对于水果制品、果蔬汁和酒类(仅限苹果和山楂)中展青霉素残留的检测要求。

以种植果树为例,根据果树种植的客观规律,引进折扣因子δ=U-α,给出了通过确定投资合同期使利润达到最大的数学模型,并进行了讨论和推广.     

Characterization of a pectic polysaccharide from the fruit of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Ziziphus jujuba</Emphasis>

A pectic polysaccharide was isolated from the fruits of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. cv. jinsixiaozao Hort. and its structure was characterized by acid hydrolysis, methylation, and NMR spectroscopies. The purified fraction Ju-B-7 had a molecular mass of over 2000 kDa. Chemical and spectroscopic analyses indicated that Ju-B-7 is composed mainly of α-1,4-linked D-galactopyranosyluronic acid and 1,2-linked L-rhamnose with a molar ratio of 8.1:1. It can significantly stimulate spleen cell proliferation in vitro (P<0.01, 10 μmg/mL). Published in Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 311–312, July–August, 2007.     

Determination of bile acids and lysolecithin in artificial and natural gastric juice by HPLC for characterization of antacida

Work-up procedures and HPLC separation systems for determination of taurocholic, glycocholic, chenodeoxycholic, and cholic acids and lysolecithin in artificial and natural gastric juice are described. These compounds are used for testing the binding capacity of antacida to the individual analytes. Work-up is simple, no extraction or filtration being required. The optimized combinations of stationary and mobile phases allow selective and sensitive determination of the respective bile acids in gastric juice. For optimization, the capacity factors of two related bile acids were evaluated for numerous commercial stationary phases. The mechanism of retention is different for free and conjugated bile acids. Special aspects of routine analysis are discussed.     

理化实验课的协同教学尝试

阐述了利用水果制作原电池进而测定电池的电动势和内阻的理化实验课的协同教学过程,并对教学效果进行了反馈.通过教学后思考总结了协同教学的优点,并对进一步实施提出了注意事项.     

气相色谱-质谱法快速筛选测定浓缩苹果汁中105种农药残留量

采用硅藻土柱层析法对样品中的农药进行提取及净化后，用气相色谱—质谱法在选择离子监测模式下进行快速测定，以保留时间和特征离子定性定量；采用此方法测定了包括有机氯农药、有机磷农药、氨基甲酸酯农药、拟除虫菊酯农药、三嗪类农药在内的105种农药，大多数农药的线性范围为0.05～10mg／kg，相关系数大于0.99；90％以上农药在0．2mg／kg添加水平的平均回收率在70％～110％的范围内。
